About MaterialCalc

MaterialCalc is developed by Igors Beļavskis, a construction contractor from Latvia with hands-on experience in facade installation and renovation work. The formulas are built around practical material quantities, waste and jobsite conditions.

Every calculator here uses the same logic an estimator applies on a real jobsite: openings get subtracted, mortar joints are computed geometrically, waste allowances match the laying pattern, and base layers follow actual trade practice in each region.

The tools are free, require no sign-up, and work in metric and imperial units. Prices are never hard-coded — you enter your local price and the calculator does the rest, because material costs differ in every country and every yard.

Results are estimates for planning. Always confirm final quantities with your supplier and local building codes before ordering.
